Return & Refund Policy – 324 Central Market

At 324 Central Market, we take pride in curating unique, one-of-a-kind vintage pieces. Because of the nature of preloved items, we handle returns and refunds with care and transparency. Please review our return policy below before making a purchase.


Items Significantly Misrepresented

If you receive an item that has been materially misdescribed — meaning there is a major discrepancy between the product listing and the item you received (such as incorrect size, or missing major flaws not disclosed) — please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a refund or exchange, subject to stock availability.


Vintage Condition & Expected Wear

All our items are authentic vintage and have lived a life before reaching you. Natural signs of age and wear (such as fading, minor marks, or fabric softness) are part of their story and charm — and are not considered valid reasons for return. We make every effort to describe and photograph these characteristics honestly.


Change of Mind or Personal Preference

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, fit issues, or personal preference.


How to Request a Return

To request a return, email us at hello@324centralmarket.com or use our contact form. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) in question

  • The reason for the return request
    We’ll get back to you with next steps and instructions if your return qualifies.


Return Eligibility

If your return is approved, items must be:

  • In original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags or packaging intact

  • Returned within 7 days of return approval

  • Safely packaged for return shipping

Returns that don’t meet these criteria may be rejected.


Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (such as a major misdescription), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked service to ensure your item arrives safely.


Refunds or Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If the return is approved, you can choose:

  • A refund to your original payment method, or

  • An exchange for another item (subject to availability)

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Third-Party Purchases

This return policy applies only to purchases made directly through 324 Central Market. If you purchased through another platform or marketplace, this refund policy does not apply.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings, lingerie, swimwear, and other intimate wear are final sale and not eligible for return.
